墨西哥城北部的一个小村子里有只母鸡因为每天下一个绿壳蛋在众多下棕壳蛋的母鸡中显得与众不同因而成为名鸡。
到目前为止关于它的蛋为何是绿色都没有合理的解释因为它的食物和其他母鸡一样都是普通的玉米。
科学家相信蛋壳的颜色并不影响蛋黄蛋白的颜色和味道而且绿色甚至蓝色的蛋壳并不是什么很稀奇的事情。Link / Via
