展翅飞翔的密尔沃基市艺术馆

位于密执安湖畔的密尔沃基市艺术馆，不仅有着海鸟一样的造型，而且是一座会动的建筑。西班牙建筑师Santiago Calatrava通过机械传动装置，将建筑顶部的两个像翅膀一样张开的钢结构羽翼，在阳光下慢慢张开。这个结构体系是由两根平行的、倾斜47度的桅杆靠拉力支撑，一根桅杆位于屋面的中轴线上，另一根位于通向艺术馆入口的桥上，这些元素共同创造出了诗意般的结构体系和运动感的整体效果。
